The task was to build an interactive, easy-to-use mobile app to connect the suite of “ROXY Family” applications. One of the requirements was to build a loyalty program to collect data for improving target markets and user experience.
We built a custom app solution with an intuitive UX/UI design tied to the ROXY brand. The main menu includes features such as news, events, photos, tickets and contact information.
The heart of the app is the loyalty section call My ROXY. To access My ROXY, users need to register by entering basic information such as their name, date of birth, email and select their favourite music genres.
We built a complex system to use this information to send personalized notifications, band suggestions and events tailored to the user’s preferences. Once the user registers, they are able to explore options such as check-in, limited vouchers, ticket competitions and other exclusive perks.
